By using Pips 2, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Service

Pips 2 provides free browser-based domino logic puzzles, daily puzzle pages, archives, hints, answers, and related features for personal entertainment and practice.

We may change, pause, remove, or update features at any time. We may also correct puzzle data, hints, answers, or site content when we find errors.

Independent Project

Pips 2 is a fan-built website. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to The New York Times. Any third-party names, marks, games, or references belong to their respective owners.

Some daily, archive, hint, and answer features may reference publicly accessible Pips puzzle data published by The New York Times Games, including puzzle date, difficulty, board layout, regions, and solution data. We use those references so players can replay and learn from Pips-style puzzles on a free independent site.

Pips 2 does not claim ownership of The New York Times' trademarks or official puzzle materials, and nothing on this site should be understood as an official New York Times product or service.

Scores and Fair Play

Some features may allow score submission, feedback, or public activity. You are responsible for the names, scores, feedback, and other content you submit.

Please do not submit false scores, abuse automated tools, interfere with leaderboards, or use the site in a way that harms other players or the service. We may remove suspicious scores or restrict access when needed.

Feedback

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you give us permission to review and use that content to operate, correct, and improve Pips 2. Do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Pips 2, including by attempting to disrupt the service, bypass security, scrape at an unreasonable rate, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

The Pips 2 site, branding, interface, generated content, and original materials are owned by Pips 2 or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.

If you believe material on Pips 2 infringes your rights, email contact@pips2.com with the affected URL, identification of the work or mark, your contact details, and an explanation of the concern. We will review good-faith notices and may correct attribution, restrict access, or remove material when appropriate.

Third-Party Services

Pips 2 may link to or rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, advertising, app distribution, or external content. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Disclaimers

Pips 2 is provided as is and as available. We try to keep the site accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every puzzle, hint, answer, score, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pips 2 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect. Continued use of Pips 2 means you accept the updated terms.
